In 119 of 127 cases, clear improvement with no side effects was observed (99). Viola tricolor extract is a rich source of antioxidants. The total flavonoid contents were determined using rutin as the standard. Rutin content was highest in Viola tricolor flowers among 11 plants species collected in Turkey (100).
